Please reach out if there is a specific size you are looking for. - Custom Stain: We have 5 stains in our inventory; however, you are not limited to just the 5. Please provide us with the stain number and name. We will be in touch! - Unfinished Option: We build you paint!
Production and Shipping Timeline after we receive your order: Day 1: - Cutting and Combining process - Custom cut to your size request. Combination and curing process begins. Day 2: - Sanding and Filling Stage - Your handcrafted piece goes through a 4 stage sanding process that starts at 80grit and ends at 240grit. Epoxy and Resin is used to fill any knots or "imperfection" in the wood to ensure its durability. Legs are also also added. Takes 24 hours to cure. Day 3: - Sanding, Staining and Finishing Stage - During this time we do one final 4 stage sanding process to smooth out the wood. Pre-stain process kicks off with a water based stain prep solution. Your item is stained with a transparent water based stain from Minwax. Once stain has been accepted by the wood we start the final 3 phase protection shield with our special hybrid Oil and Water Based Polyurethane to not only add a nice gloss but protects your item for use. This stage takes 24 hours to cure. Day 4: - Packaging and Shipping or Ready for Pick up!
